We love a good road trip. Especially when there is great beer at the end of it!
It's not hiking weather but make sure to stop in at @grampianswinecellar in Halls Gap,. While we were there, we got to have our stout with one of their customers. @thebarklyararat is another great place for a feed and they have our full range of beers for you to try.

With Winter at our door, I thought I would share my Bangers and Garlic roasted mash with 'Get Shuck'd' Onion gravy.The best Winter comfort food there is. We are lucky to have some of the best produce in the state in the South West. I think that every part of this dish works together perfectly. Fresh Angus sausages from the butcher. Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Carrots from @greavsysfruitnveg and of course 'Get Shuck'd' Oyster Stout from the brewery. Support your local businesses as much as you can.Lots of roasty flavours in this one, from the oven roasted Brussel Sprouts (hated them as a kid but now I can't get enough) to the full head of Garlic I put into the mash. A dash of Soy sauce and Maple Syrup in the gravy along with a cup of stout, gives the gravy a bit of sweetness.Drop us a message if you would like the recipe.
